If an expedited delivery option is selected and your shipment is delayed, FedEx will not refund payment. Consequently, we are unable to refund shipping payments for delayed shipments.

Once your order is received and payment confirmed, your order will be shipped via the method chosen during checkout. Most in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days however, processing time may increase during heavy traffic times such as peak season and holidays. Order cutoff times for shipping services are 9am for USPS and 2pm for FedEx and UPS. Orders received after these times will be dispatched the following day.

Rode the board twice and it is awesome but then it started losing connection with the remote and tossed me. I thought the remote was damaged so I bought a new one but now I realise that it is a problem with the board. Connecting with support and replied to their email Wednesday and heard nothing back since. It’s a $3000 board, why can’t you just call me and help me sort it out. Typical internet sales, don’t want to talk to their customers to help. Be nice to hear from someone to sort this out

This thing is an absolute beast, very, very happy with my purchase. Tried speed demon it first but now enjoying chilling more, loosening the trucks and carving like on a snowboard at 25-35km per hour as opposed to white knuckling trying to hit the top speed.

Everything they claim it is!!
Still 5 stars because that is out of their control and that’s the deal with living in Hawaii. However this is my second board, I was extremely pleased with my GTR Bamboo. The motors broker after a couple of years, but I put that thing through a beating. Generally, costumer service has been wonderful! They’ve responded (quickly) every time I’ve reached out. This is the Apple of EBoards!
So smooth, great for a bigger guy.

I have had my series 1 gtr bamboo, which I was still happy with till this day.
But this board is a whole different beast it’s 10x more powerful, the range is so much better, but the fine tuning is absolutely amazing the acceleration is so smooth for how much power it’s got but I love how smooth the break is the most it’s got to be one of the best things with this new board.
When I was going down a steep hill with the GTR series 1, And I put the break on it was very scary it was so touchy, but the Diablo is just so smooth I feel much safer and enjoy going down hills a lot more. The deck isn’t as bouncy as the gtr but even though I’m a light weight rider I still find the deck very nice and I love the little dip in the boat on the front and back of the deck were it just catches your foot.
I did have some technical problems with this board but I never got ignored or felt like I wasn’t looked after before I knew it I was back riding again.
First off, Evolve’s customer service is amazing! They were extremely helpful and surprisingly quick to respond. I always received a response a couple hours later, sometimes minutes! The board arrived earlier than expected. I could see the quality even in their packaging. The board itself is VERY well made! It feels tough but with flex. The AT wheels are perfect for my uneven sidewalk neighborhood. The motor has a great punch to it too. I still haven’t left out of Eco mode cause I been having fun carving, so no need to yet. This board is perfect for beginners because it grows with you. You can set it low, then gradually raise the limits. It’s a perfect board!
Honestly thought of a lot of the updates as gimmicks, and thought the board was overpriced. After riding the thing I can say this is the greatest longboard experience Ive ever had, I dont know what kind of witchcraft Evolve is doing over there but its incredible.
My only problem with this board is I can’t stop riding it! My next one is gonna be the carbon diablo street
